The system wants you overloaded. The planet wants you regenerated.

Learn to eat and consume with clarity
— in a system designed to overload you.

The planet is inflamed. And your body with it.

We live within the same systems that deplete soils, contaminate water, modify food, and strip it of its nutrients. What happens out there happens inside you too — inside the ecosystem you carry within. The symptoms you’ve long normalised may not be normal at all.

I show you what you don’t see: the daily synthetic burden in your home, in your shopping cart, in your body. So you can make decisions based on clarity again — decisions that sustain you.

Hello, I'm Nale.

Engineer with an M.Sc. in Geosciences, and author. My six years at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) shaped my understanding of how industrial agriculture transforms ecosystems — a perspective I discovered is applied to another ecosystem: the human body and its ability to cope with the everyday synthetic burden of our time.

● Engineer, M.Sc. Geosciences.

● Over 8 years as an analyst of everyday synthetic burden — nutrition, sleep, fasting rhythms, hormonal balance, and how all of this is reflected in the gut microbiome, the most visible measure of the ecosystem you carry within

● Founder of Nale & Planet. Author of Lo Que Realmente Te Está Inflamando — in English, roughly «What’s Really Inflaming You» (2026)
